package you must notify us at least
7 days before the next billing period.
No refund
can be issued unless you are cancelling
your account within our 30-day day money-back
guarantee period according to our AUP.
If this cancellation is within this time,
allow 1-2 weeks for your refund
to be processed. Please note
late fees or reconnection fees may be
assesed before cancellation is completed
according to our AUP.
Setup fees, account add-on
services, domain registration and any
cancellation charges are always non-refundable.
